College of Magical Knowledge
The Latin inscription Scientia est potentia means, "knowledge is power" But you don't learn ordinary stuff here, like how to succeed in business or get elected governor. This knowledge gives access o magic, to living a life that isn't ruled by ordinary reality. The college's library is full of tests and tomes we can only guess at. This is a great place for contemplation and for learning what you need to know to enter the land a little left of reality.
